The location is quite convenient for exploring Da Nang.
I faced several inconveniences. The breakfast options were very limited, disappointing. I only received one key card for my room. I found the cleaning staff to be a bit intrusive, as they would repeatedly knock during the cleaning hours while I was still in the room.

The place was gorgeous and had very-very nice and courteous staff with good service, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property's location was marvellous, in the center of city. Btw, we admired St Paul's Church, based just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Had a fab time at Avora Boutique! The city view from breakfast was fine, and the room was super comfy. A bit stuffy with limited natural light, but overall, a perfect spot to unwind and explore Da Nang.

The family suite on the 8th floor offered a lovely view, and the comfortable beds complemented a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety, surpassing selections from larger hotels, and the tasty pork belly was a highlight. Managing room access was a bit of a hassle since only one key card was provided. The security staff were quite friendly but sometimes too eager to assist.

The staff were accommodating, especially Thao and Quynh. The room was clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed the breakfast that offered a good variety, complemented by a fine city view each morning.
