The location is quite convenient for exploring Da Nang.
During my stay, I faced several inconveniences. The breakfast options were very limited. I only received one key card for my room, making it difficult to manage the air conditioning when my travel companion and I were out. I found the cleaning staff to be a bit intrusive, as they would repeatedly knock during the cleaning hours while I was still in the room.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to the friendly and attentive staff, with particular praise for the helpful receptionists. The family suite on the 8th floor offered a spectacular view, and the comfortable beds complemented a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety, surpassing selections from larger hotels, and the tasty pork belly was a highlight. managing room access was a bit of a hassle since only one key card was provided. The security staff were quite friendly but sometimes too eager to assist, which felt unnecessary during our downtime.
